Here’s a TIP to change your life one day at a time. Look at what you do every day at the same time without fail and attach another habit to it. I learned this concept from James Clear in Atomic Habits. It can be used in all areas of life!
BUSINESS: At the end of the day, I make a list of what I need to do the next day. Now, I also take each list item and put it on on my calendar. This habit prevents me from over “to do listing” myself. Habit stacking, I love it!
SELFCARE: l practice and teach my skincare customers to do this: Place your skincare products with your toothpaste and toothbrush and use them together daily! That’s habit stacking and it works! People who consistently use their products are happy customers and that makes me happy too!
FAMILY LIFE: My husband, Gerald and I drink coffee together every morning. It’s our connect time before we start the day. We’ve added praying together for our kids (who all live out of town now) and for the day ahead of us. No planning needed on when to meet and pray. We drink coffee daily like clockwork and now we pause and pray together daily! Habit stacking! It works.
