I generally think of quitting as bad and “sticking to it” as good. But, then I heard an author that I love to read (Bob Goff) teasingly say he quits something every Thursday! He has seen too many people wait for the perfect time to make a change and never do. So, he says, why not make quitting a habit! Then, you have time to add new things to your life. Isn’t that a thought provoking idea?
